You can permanently delete your Jackpot Rivals account and associated game data here. The flow is self-service: no support ticket and no manual review.

1. Choose the game server

Choose the server where the account was created. North America and Asia keep separate player databases, so this choice determines where we verify and delete the account.

Guest-only accounts without a linked email, Google, or Apple sign-in must be deleted from the game while you are signed in.

How we verify deletion

We only delete an account after verifying control of a sign-in method already linked to that same Jackpot Rivals account: a code sent to a linked email address, Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Apple. Verification never creates a new game account.

If your account is a pure Guest account with no linked email, Google, or Apple sign-in, use the deletion control inside the game while you are still signed in. A Guest account cannot be safely verified from this website after the game has been removed.

What deletion means

When the verified request is completed, we permanently delete the game account and associated game data, including progress, inventory, virtual currency, account settings, and server-side gameplay records. You will lose access to those items and may not be able to recover them.

We may retain limited information only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We restrict retained information to those purposes and remove it when it is no longer required. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
