Discord CommunityThis Privacy Policy explains how Ziyi Yue (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the independent developer of Jackpot Rivals, handles information when you play Jackpot Rivals, use jackpot-rivals.com, or contact player support.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect or receive:
- Account and sign-in information: a Jackpot Rivals player ID, display name, account settings, and the identifier supplied by a linked sign-in provider. If you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we use the relevant verification information to authenticate and protect your account. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
- Game, device, and service information: game progress, inventory, auctions, matchmaking and gameplay activity, anti-cheat and security signals, app version, device and operating-system details, network and diagnostic records, and limited device or advertising identifiers where the operating system or advertising SDK makes them available.
- Analytics, crash, and advertising information: usage events, performance and crash diagnostics, Firebase-generated analytics identifiers, and rewarded-ad or ad-measurement events, such as whether an ad was requested, displayed, or rewarded.
- Purchases and subscriptions: product, transaction, receipt-validation, and entitlement records for purchases made through Apple or Google. Payment-card information is handled by the applicable store and is not provided to us.
- Notifications: a push-notification token and related delivery or preference information if you enable notifications.
- Support information: your name, email address, Player ID, message, diagnostic details, and screenshots or other attachments that you choose to submit.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide online play and save progress; operate matchmaking, leaderboards, purchases, rewards, and notifications; detect fraud, abuse, and cheating; validate purchases; answer support requests; measure game performance and advertising effectiveness; fix crashes and bugs; and comply with legal obligations.
When we share information
We share only information needed for the relevant service with providers that process it for us. These can include Google and Firebase (sign-in, analytics, cloud messaging, and Google Play services); Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, and push services); Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising networks (rewarded advertising and measurement); Nakama and its hosting providers (game accounts and online services); Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites (website hosting and support data); Resend and Alibaba Mail (support emails); and payment-platform providers for purchase validation. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, under their own applicable privacy and security commitments.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use support messages or screenshots for advertising.
Retention and security
We retain account, game, and transaction information while your account is active and for only as long afterwards as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and cheating, meet legal obligations, or enforce our rights. Closed ticket text is normally deleted 12 months after closure. Support screenshots are normally deleted 90 days after a ticket is closed, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a specific request or legal purpose.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, restricted service-provider access, and private storage for support attachments. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Your choices and requests
You may control device permissions such as notifications through your device settings. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact support@jackpot-rivals.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request relates to you.
If you created or use a Jackpot Rivals account, you can permanently delete that account and its associated game data through our self-service Account Deletion page or through the account settings in the game. We verify a sign-in method already linked to the account before deletion. Deletion permanently removes the account and associated game data except for limited information we must retain for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and is deleted when no longer required.
Children
Jackpot Rivals is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us information improperly, contact us and we will review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game, website, or our data practices change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
