Using the service
You may use the service only in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in methods. Do not share verification codes, attempt to access another player’s account, interfere with the game or website, bypass security controls, automate abusive activity, exploit defects, cheat, submit malware or spam, or infringe another person’s rights.
Accounts and player data
Some game features require or create a player account. You may request deletion through the game’s account settings or at jackpot-rivals.com/delete-account. Account deletion is permanent and may remove progress, virtual items, entitlements, social data, and other account-associated information. See our Privacy Policy for the deletion process and limited retention exceptions.
Virtual items, advertising, and purchases
Virtual currency, rewards, subscriptions, and other virtual items are licensed to you for use in the service; they have no cash value and are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable except where required by law or the applicable store’s rules. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to that store’s terms. We may offer optional rewarded advertising through third-party advertising providers.
Player support
Support requests must be truthful and relevant. Do not send passwords, sign-in or verification codes, full payment-card information, or sensitive information that is not needed for your request. You remain responsible for material you submit and give us permission to process it as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate an issue, secure the service, and improve Jackpot Rivals.
Our content
The Jackpot Rivals name, characters, artwork, text, software, and other game and website materials are owned by or licensed to Ziyi Yue and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No other license is granted unless we agree in writing.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, content, rewards, or access to the service, including when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or to address abuse. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Third-party services
The service may use or link to third-party services, including Google Play, the App Store, Google, Apple, Unity LevelPlay, and Discord. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or conduct.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that may legally be disclaimed and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service where such limits are permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
